These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the timcat.md website (the “Website”), operated by S.R.L. TIMCAT, IDNO 1002600000881, with its registered office at MD-2014, Chișinău, 33 Petricani St. (hereinafter “TIMCAT”, “we”). By accessing and using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.
1. PURPOSE
The Website is informational / presentational (a catalog). TIMCAT imports and distributes food products (dairy, meat, fish and vegetable preserves and other products). The Website does not allow online purchase or payment; orders and cooperation take place through the contact details, within commercial relations.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Information about products (descriptions, images, packaging) is indicative and may be updated without prior notice. Minor differences may occur between images and the actual products. Product availability is confirmed upon contacting the company.
3. COMMERCIAL RELATIONS
Delivery conditions, prices, quantities and deadlines are set individually, by offer or contract, within the commercial relationship between TIMCAT and its partners/clients. Please contact us for details.
4. USER OBLIGATIONS
The user undertakes to use the Website in good faith, not to affect its operation and not to transmit false information. Use of the Website for unlawful purposes is prohibited.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The entire content of the Website — texts, images, logo, the name “TIMCAT”, design — belongs to TIMCAT or is used under a legal right and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, copying or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
6. EXTERNAL LINKS
The Website may contain links to external resources (e.g. social media). TIMCAT is not responsible for the content or policies of these resources.
7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, an integral part of these Terms, in compliance with Law No. 195/2024.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TIMCAT makes efforts to keep the Website updated and functional but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors, and is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Website.

TIMCAT reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably and, failing agreement, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
